The YMM office closes today for the summer break, reopening 24 August ahead of the new term starting 19 September. This issue also celebrates this term's exam successes and reminds everyone about the Big Give Christmas Challenge pledge deadline.

Congratulations once again on a wonderful year of music-making at YMM!
The YMM office will close today at 5:00 pm for the summer break.
If you already have an enquiry in progress, or if you'd like to get in touch while we're closed, please don't hesitate to email us. I'll respond to all enquiries as soon as possible after the office reopens on 24 August.
The first Saturday of the new term is 19 September.

💚 Big Give Reminder
We're continuing to build towards this year's Big Give Christmas Challenge, our biggest annual fundraiser for the YMM Bursary Scheme. If we secure £2,500 in pledges (gifts of £100 or more) by 5:00pm on 28 August, the Big Give will match that amount — and it will be matched again during the December campaign, meaning your pledge could ultimately generate £10,000 for our bursary programme. We've already received £1,100 in pledges — thank you to everyone who has supported the campaign so far. Nothing is paid now; pledges are only collected if we successfully raise the matching funds in December.
