The YMM virtual office is now open ahead of the new term. John is answering queries until 4 September, Richard covers the following week, and both are back from 14 September for the first Saturday of term on 19 September. This issue also looks ahead to next term's groups and gives an update on the Big Give Christmas Challenge, now just £100 short of its £2,500 target.

Just a quick note to let you know that the YMM virtual office is now open. 💻
I'll be around to answer queries and make bookings from now until 4 September, and then Richard will be manning the inbox during the week of 7 September.
We'll both be back in the week beginning 14 September, ready for the first Saturday of term on 19 September.

🎵 Thinking about next term?
Now is a great time to book new groups and lessons ahead of the start of term.
Have a look through the groups on our new website and see if there's something you'd like to move up to, or perhaps something completely new you'd like to try.
I'll also be posting some group promos on the YMM News page over the next couple of weeks, so keep an eye out! 👀
For our Music Box 2 families, all students are now eligible to move up to Beginnovate and/or Choir 1. It's also a great time to think about starting an instrument if they haven't already. 🎻

💛 The Big Give
We're getting very close to our target! 🎯
We've now raised £2,400 in pledges, so we only need another £100 to reach our £2,500 target.
And remember, every pledge will be match-funded (doubled), making this a really powerful way to support our under-18 students who wouldn't otherwise be able to afford music lessons. 💚

🎓 Bursary Scheme
A quick reminder that, thanks to the Big Give, we're able to offer bursaries for under-18 students from local families.
Bursaries are available to families in Camden, and in the adjacent Islington postcodes N19 and N7. Other areas may also be considered on a discretionary basis.
Families with an annual household income below £30,000, or whose children meet the criteria for free secondary school meals, may be eligible.
If you think you might be eligible, please don't hesitate to get in touch confidentially. We'll be very happy to send you full details of the scheme and talk you through the application process. 💌
