🏫 Roof Out of Bounds & William Ellis Etiquette
A huge thank you to the vast majority of our community who behave so responsibly every Saturday. Unfortunately, some children were spotted on the roof of William Ellis School last week. Whilst it's unlikely they were from YMM, it's a timely reminder that we must treat the building and its staff with maximum respect at all times — and that children remain the responsibility of their parents throughout the day.
Please do remind your children (and yourselves!) of the following:
- All litter should be disposed of responsibly
- Classrooms should be left exactly as found — including returning any chairs taken from the hall
- No running in the corridors
- No ball games in or around William Ellis' property
YMM relies entirely on the goodwill of the school to operate, so observing these guidelines really does matter. Thank you so much for your continued support. 🙏

🎓 Exam Success
Congratulations to Eddie, who passed Grade 3 Flute with Distinction! 🎉 Fantastic work — well done, Eddie!

🎷 Listen of the Week
This week's listen is Hank Mobley's sublime version of 'If I Should Lose You' from his classic Blue Note album Soul Station. And if you're a keen jazz player, there's a first-chorus transcription waiting for you too!
