Harmin studied piano performance at the Sarajevo Music Academy where he gave many recitals. Since he came to London he has taught piano both privately and within schools and adult education institutions. Harmin has a Master of Music Therapy from the Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy Centre in London and works as a music therapist with children within the autistic spectrum, adults with learning difficulties and also with mainstream schools, working with children in exclusion units.
